Explore the Bay of Saman\u00e1, which plays host to thousands of humpback whales during winter\u2019s mating season. Take in this amazing experience in the company of a specialized guide and enjoy snacks on board (water, soda, coconut).<\/p>\n

Meet at the tour office and gather with the rest of the tour members and specialized staff at the dock, and depart from the private dock in Saman\u00e1 at 9:30 am.<\/p>\n

Travel through the Bay of Saman\u00e1 in search of the Humpback whales, all the way to the Marine Mammal Sanctuary. Marvel at the aquatic wildlife and beautiful scenery in the Bay of Saman\u00e1, and experience a unique and exciting whale-watching tour before returning to the dock around 1:30 pm.<\/p>\n

Saman\u00e1 is the perfect place to watch the North Atlantic Humpback Whales who overwinter in the warm marine sanctuary of Saman\u00e1 Bay before they begin their long migration to their summer grounds – as far away as Greenland and Iceland!<\/p>\n

Not all the humpback whales travel in the same group, but at any one time during the Saman\u00e1 whale-watching season, there are at least 300 whales in Saman\u00e1 Bay. With all those whales, you\u2019ll have ample chance to watch all sorts of behaviour on display – it\u2019s more a matter of patience than luck.<\/p>\n
